WASHINGTON – Senator Maggie Hassan issued the following statement on today’s meeting about infrastructure between President Donald Trump, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, and other legislators: 

“The time is now to make meaningful federal investments in expanding rural broadband and fixing highways, roads, and bridges, and I appreciate that Congressional leadership and President Trump met today to discuss this crucial priority.
